Specifications

  • Clean Module

    Used to ensure sample safety, equipped with a high-efficiency filter and UV disinfection system. It also features a contamination-prevention air duct to achieve full-process contamination control.

  • Extraction Module

    Adopts magnetic bead-based nucleic acid extraction. It can process 1–32 samples in one run, with a single-sample volume capacity of 50–6000 µL.

  • Detection Module

    Used for nucleic acid concentration detection, employing air displacement method. It supports a concentration range of 0.1–120 ng/µL.

  • Refrigeration Module

    Equipped with low-temperature cooling function to maintain the stability of reagent enzyme activity. Temperature range: 4–8 °C.

  • Shaking Module

    Built-in heating function (ambient temperature to 90°C) with an oscillation speed of 0–2500 r/min, enabling efficient reagent mixing.

  • Magnetic Adsorption Module

    Adopts a circumferential magnetic frame to eliminate edge magnetic force attenuation is integrated with a spring buffer device to ensure the positioning accuracy of the well plate.

  • PCR Module

    Used for PCR amplification during library preparation, featuring automatic sealed lidding (no manual intervention required) and eliminating the need for external control equipment. The PCR module offers a temperature range of 4–99 °C with a temperature accuracy of ±0.3 °C.

  • Library Preparation Module

    Adopts air displacement principle, with 32-channel precision-controlled liquid handling. Liquid transfer range: 2–200 µL.
